Submitting a reservation request through this site expresses interest in a piece and reserves it temporarily while we follow up directly. It is not a binding sale — final sale terms, pricing, and payment are agreed upon separately between you and Tima.

Artwork & intellectual property

All artwork images, descriptions, and content on this site are the property of Tima and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Commissions

Commission terms — including timeline, pricing, and revisions — are agreed upon directly with Tima before work begins, and are not governed by these general terms.

Site use

This site lets visitors browse artwork, keep a shortlist in their browser, and contact the gallery. Please use the forms to send genuine inquiries and do not interfere with the site or attempt to access its systems without permission. No payment is collected on this site; availability, shipping, and any final sale arrangements are confirmed directly with the gallery.
